We launched our own RedTree Helpdesk App six months ago to enable our clients to report faults and open support tickets immediately from wherever they are.
It has proven to be a very popular addition to our services and helped us to further improve our customer response times and satisfaction.
Our technical support team based in Cardiff, have been reviewing the app to identify any improvements we can make and as part of this process have analysed the most common problems our clients have contacted us with.
We asked our sales team to list what they thought would be the top three most common IT related queries reported using the app. To be fair, they did pretty well and we will disclose their replies but only after we have invited you to have a go and tell us what you think were the most popular questions asked.
To take part, all you need to do is send an email to email@example.com listing your thoughts and we will enter all the correct answers into a draw where the winner will be sent a £50 M&S voucher.
You can enter our competition now and it will close at 5pm on Tuesday 18th April.
The winner of the competition will be contacted by us the following day and we will also publish a blog on our website listing the correct answers and of course naming the lucky winner.
